The 2026 FLY Racing Formula CC Helmet sets the standard for premium head protection with its Adaptive Impact System and advanced materials. Lightweight, strong, and incredibly breathable, this helmet is built to deliver maximum safety and comfort at the highest levels of performance riding.

  • Tri-weave composite shell made from carbon fiber, DuPont™ Kevlar®, and fiberglass for high strength and reduced weight
  • Impact Energy Cells made of RHEON absorb low-speed rotational forces to protect the brain
  • Conehead® Dual-density EPS Technology provides efficient energy absorption and reduced impact forces
  • Expanded volume EPS design increases suspension and energy management
  • Expanded Polypropylene (EPP) chin bar adds critical impact mitigation and energy dispersion
  • Clavicle shell relief zone minimizes clavicle injuries using soft EPS and EPP foam
  • Custom molded rubber trim with integrated nose guard
  • Lightweight stainless-steel D-rings and custom visor screws
