Refund policy

GENERAL RETURN/REFUND POLICY

Bent Lever offers a 60-day return policy, meaning you have 60 days to request a return authorization after receiving your item.

For your return to be eligible for a full refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, or if you have any questions regarding your return, contact us at support@bentlever.com. Please include your order ID (provided via email at the time of purchase) in your request.

Once your return is approved, Bent Lever will provide a return shipping label by email. The customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping cost, and the return shipping cost deduction will be reflected in your final refund value.

We will process all refunds within 48 hours after receiving your return package, and you will be notified by email shortly after.

FREE APPAREL EXCHANGE POLICY

Bent Lever wants you to be satisfied with the fit and style of your riding gear. Therefore, we offer a 60-day first-time free exchange if you need to swap out sizing and color. 

For your exchange to be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. *Clearance/closeout products are not eligible for this offer.*

To start an exchange, or if you have any questions regarding your product exchange, contact us at support@bentlever.com. Please include your order ID (provided via email at the time of purchase) in your request.

Once your exchange is approved, Bent Lever will provide an exchange shipping label by email. The customer will be responsible for shipping the item back promptly.

We will process all exchanges within 48 hours after receiving your exchange package, and you will be notified by email shortly after.

DAMAGES, ISSUES, & MISSING PACKAGES 

Your satisfaction is our utmost priority!

Please inspect your package upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you've received the wrong thing.

If you have not received your package and received delivery confirmation from your specified freight carrier, please get in touch with us immediately at support@bentlever.com. Please note that each freight carrier manages package claims and traces differently. If Bent Lever has deemed a delivery issue, Bent Lever will file a claim with the freight carrier on your behalf. Please note that depending on the freight carrier, this may require up to 30 business days to complete. Order refunds will be applied if the freight carrier approves your claim.

To help prevent theft-related issues, please provide detailed notations in the order comments, such as the signature required and instructions for delivery drivers. In addition, please note that once a freight carrier has received a shipment, Bent Lever cannot manage the delivery process.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Parts that have been installed (or damaged while attempting to install) and/or used in any manner will not be accepted for return.
  • electrical products
  • hydration systems (bite valves, and bladders)
  • hazardous materials or flammable liquids

Please note, any return failing to comply with any of these policies may be rejected at the sole discretion of Bent Lever Motorsports. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
