Shipping policy

STORE PICKUP - 6005 NE 121ST AVE VANCOUVER WA, 98682

  • Orders can be picked up Monday - Friday, from 12pm - 6pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.
  • Please note that orders placed over the weekend will be available the following Monday after 12PM.
  • If your order was placed after 12PM any day Monday-Friday, and you wish to pick it up same day, please contact us ahead of time so we can insure your order is ready when you arrive.

 


STANDARD/EXPRESS SHIPPING

  • Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours (Monday - Friday) using FedEx, UPS, or USPS.
  • USPS delivery standard is 2-3 days for both First-Class & Priority Mail shipping services.
  • UPS or FedEx ground delivery standards are between 1-2 days to the west coast (Oregon, Idaho, Washington, California), and 3-5 business days to the remainder of the US.
  • UPS & FedEx Express shipments are all sent as a 2-day air shipping service, with a delivery standard of 2 business days anywhere in the US.
  • Free shipping on orders over $59.00.
  • Please note that for all orders that qualify for free shipping, we will select the shipping method at our sole discretion. If there are any reasons that a specific carrier may be problematic for your delivery, please leave a comment in the notes section of your order, and this will be taken into consideration. 
  • We do not ship outside of the 48 Contiguous United States at this time.

 

LOCAL DELIVERY

  • We do not offer a local delivery option at this time. Please feel free to checkout our instore pick up option as an alternative.
