Alpinestars Tech-Air MX Airbag System

The Alpinestars Tech-Air MX Airbag System is designed specifically for motocross and supercross riders. An autonomous airbag is integrated into a compact chest protector, with deployed airbag coverage for the shoulders, chest and back.

Key features

• Default MX mode supports motocross use on off-road tracks.
• MY RIDE 1 and MY RIDE 2 can be customized through the Tech-Air App using the available MX Race, Enduro and Rally modes.
• Integrated Nucleon PLASMA back protector and breathable stretch-mesh vest chassis.
• Left-buckle magnetic switch automatically activates the system when connected and deactivates it when disconnected.
• Chest-mounted LED display shows system status, battery level and riding mode.
• USB-C charging through the display module.
• Single gas inflator provides one deployment and must be replaced after deployment. Quick-release access supports user replacement where local regulations permit.

Battery

The integrated lithium-ion battery provides up to 30 hours of use and recharges in approximately four hours. Approximately one hour of charging provides around eight hours of riding time.

Fit and sizing

Can be worn over or under properly fitting riding apparel with enough room for airbag inflation. Follow the Tech-Air MX manual for sizing, mode selection and operating limits.
